Once you have place your order will will recive an e-mail with a order number place in order number box and insert your email and you will be able to track your order. 

Shipping & Returns

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows you the consumer, a 7 day cooling off period. If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from this website we will gladly refund your money after receiving your return. Please notify us by writing within 7 days of purchase if you wish to refund your items.

Postage and packing:
Refunds will not include the cost of shipping and returns back to Childs Safety Zone Ltd. Return of products will be at the cost of the customer. Replacement products which need to be sent from us will require the payment of postage and packing.

Faulty goods:
Faulty Goods will be replaced after receiving your returned product (subject to availability), Childs Safety Zone Ltd will not charge for any additional shipping from our stock depot.
